This company is always trying to do better for their employees and customers. However overall culture and community is poor with little coaching for manager on the betterment of their team members.

In 9 years my overall experience has been positive. In the past 2 years there has been a change in leadership in the Maryland market and the culture has become rotten from the top down. Sales are asked to do way too many non revenue driving tasks and it takes away from time to sell and consult with your clients.

good experience, the money was not worth the amount of stress i incurred. This company is very division/manager/ route dependent. All three of those were bad for my position there and I didnt see a clear path to promotion because of it. This is why I left, I would potentially take a role back with this company if those three variables were different.
