Roles, territories, and targets are constantly adjusted so it’s tough to establis trust and credibility with accounts. No holdovers into a new fiscal, so months of work on an opp is given to the next assigned rep, very unequal process. Training is focused on buzz words, learn through experience...Read More

Former Employee1.9Jun 24, 2025It was a great culture until the new CEO and Sales leadership came in 18 months ago ... they broke that company. No one wants to be there now! We used to have state of the art training but in the past 12-18 months, the former programs have been eliminated and replaced with ...nothing.
