Good first place to start out sales career but upwards mobility after EAE role is limited. Some managers play favorites and many don’t hit quota. Business relies on regulatory changes in order for success. New CEO has approach to take organization in different direction selling platform vs product. Not confident that the solution set is best fit as a platform and can see reps struggling. They just laid off about 15% of sales org.

Alright. Good first sales gig, but compensation was very low compared to market. Confusion with product market fit as well. 4 product groups did not pair well together. Liked most of the people I worked with though.
