I don’t have much time now, but I’ll say that Spectrum Enterprise had great potential. I gave it my all, but ultimately could not overcome the toxic culture, complete lack of leadership, and inadequate support. More than half of the time I was there I had no direct manager because no one could tolerate it. Overall my time there had a terrible impact on my overall mental health and quality of life. I hope things have dramatically changed.

The worst company I’ve ever worked for. The folks managing the sales territories are judge, jury, and executioner. New executive leadership were brought in and extreme micromanagement has ensued. They are hemorrhaging top reps.
