I don’t have much time now, but I’ll say that Spectrum Enterprise had great potential. I gave it my all, but ultimately could not overcome the toxic culture, complete lack of leadership, and inadequate support. More than half of the time I was there I had no direct manager because no one could tolerate it. Overall my time there had a terrible impact on my overall mental health and quality of life. I hope things have dramatically changed.

Quotas are not set to realistic attainment goals. Com plan has a deceleration component until 50% or annual goal is reached. If you don't meet that metric within 6 months you never make it up. The com plan is favorable to the company.
