Former Employee My experience was somewhat frustrating due to the training involved and the “corporateness” of the role.
The structure became punitive instead of constructive for agents who struggled. The leadership was juggled around and put people with inadequate experience in supervisory roles. I found myself without a leadership chain within 2 weeks of starting and felt very unsupported.
The compensation structure ended up being difficult and different than what was advertised in the interview process.
