Overall experience was terrible. Honestly, it has been the only company that I can say it is harder to keep a sale than make a sale. Field techs, Installation and deployment, will go far and wide to push out or cancel an install. You can leave an entire novel of where to go, or whom to call- didnt matter. Positive until it wasn't. A merger and management/worker layoffs resulted in a corrupted culture where innovation was punished and ineffective systematic sales activity was rewarded. This, of course, is just my opinion.
