Sales with this company is very challenging. However there are resources to assist in winning complex deals and optimizing the compensation plan. It’s a grind but a good company to work for with great benefits.

Sales is just tough no matter where you are. And leadership changes, it can make or break the organization. Currently i feel the leadership is strong for reps consistently hitting target, however, in my opinion, I believe there can be more attention provided to support sellers working towards consistency.
