Current Employee Sales is just tough no matter where you are. And leadership changes, it can make or break the organization. Currently i feel the leadership is strong for reps consistently hitting target, however, in my opinion, I believe there can be more attention provided to support sellers working towards consistency. We operate on a 3 month rolling average to goal. Under 60% rep will go on performance plan, then final written warning to get the 3 month rolling average to 60% or better. Programs to support reps at this percentage could do the company well in growing and developing the tallent. I've seen great talent leave and there should be more to retain the seller pool. Health benefits, company matched 401k, 100% paid tuition, make this a great choice. Just as with any role or company, solid leadership dictates the job.
