Current Employee3.7Sep 6, 2025Commission structure is best I’ve ever been a part of. Biggest issue with this company is the severe lack of new-hire training. Given two weeks of formal training before you’re sent to the streets to hunt deals. Company has BDR’s to help set appointments which is a plus.

The training could be improved a lot; the first two days you are on zoom calls 8 hours cramming information and getting setup with IT.
