Great Salary and commission structure. Training and development could be improved. Some very intelligent people work at the company, requires some greater structure. Some leaders better than others. Cisco takeover increasing churn. Great product but very expensive compared to competitors, reps will have greatest success focusing on Enterprise/public sector accounts.

doing well if you have the right accounts, some accounts are buying more, but others are looking for cheaper products

No comment. There is favoritism. Good accounts get moved to certain people. Moral is way down since Cisco bought Splunk.
