Splunk was a great place to work until Cisco acquired it and changed the culture of the Sales organization. Sometimes acquisitions don't make sense.

Splunk has a tremendous amount of resources and the technology is amazing. Downside is there doesn’t seem to be a unified playbook for sales to follow, can be difficult at times to follow a structured sales strategy.
