Current Employee Difficult front line managers (former sellers with no management experience). Enterprise RSM's have no flexibility on moving or changing account set and usually only carry 1-3 accounts. Splunk is pricing themselves out of the market and not alligned to customer outcomes. They are only interested in taking customers $!
