Current Employee All comes down to what region you get, how the person before left it. Also, what your manager is like, directors will screw each other over and even screw their own teammates over to get certain accounts. There is a reason why certain people are always doing well.
Splunk the product is great but obviously expensive so thats the biggest hurdle. Competition has definitely caught up and is getting more challenging.
I would recommend working here for the brand and experience but its not a forever home, more of a 1-3 year stint and leave. Good company not a forever company.
