The Partner Org leadership is 5 stars but the sales leadership you work with is 3 stars. So averaged out at 4. I think the DEI is attempted but there have been some misses in hiring that have caused more damage, so also a management miss.

Splunk is a great company to work for and the Cisco acquisition should present lots of new opportunities in the long run. They are currently experiencing the growing pains for the acquisition and still a lot of kinks to work out in the process
