Terrible. I'm glad to have left. The money was amazing but once a couple of big renewal and uplifts were out of the way, there was nothing. No leads, no opps. Splunk would have been a great place to work 7 years ago. The culture is terrible. Middle management are a waste of space and money drives bad behaviours. Stay well clear.

Splunk is a great company to work for and the Cisco acquisition should present lots of new opportunities in the long run. They are currently experiencing the growing pains for the acquisition and still a lot of kinks to work out in the process

Great organization in a market that eager for more of the product. Cisco to introduce some risk as Splunk is a well oiled machine.
