Great experience overall and Splunk is a great product. Difficult to sell in MM or SMB with Splunk often times being more than they need both technically and budgetary.

You work with some great people, but annual raises are nonexistent and your ability to success in your current role does not mean you will make it as an RSM. The added worry of additional layoffs doesn't help.
