Current Employee Great product and GTM strategy. Recent acquisition and last years shake up of territories was a poor decision made it difficult to sell and gain traction with customers.
Too much middle management and moving targets with enough to do with selling and quoting then to add to planning and constant SFDC updates. Management way out of touch with staff and what is needed.
