It's a great product at the Enterprise level, however in the other sectors (SMB/Mid Market) it is more complicated to justify the spend.

Current ISR in the UK - very poor management with 0 people skills and no sales knowledge. Great role prospecting into strategic accounts but the new BDR manager and current ISR manager are really poor and unhelpful.
