Good company if you are a top performer who is self motivated and self taught or have a great network to pull leads from and if you don’t mind working 24/7. Not for anyone who is wants any type of work life balance. If you value clear and concise communication and leadership that is not based on office politics and being liked by your leaders then stay away. Constant pay roll and billing issues. Tons of promises by leadership that are never kept. New account onboarding process is a nightmare.

Coming to SpotOn was fun. Decent learning experience, but the training is terrible. Interview process doesn't explain much and you have to learn on the job, on your own.

Since leaving the company, almost all of my accounts have churned and onboarded Toast. I'm sure the company will be sold or fold in the near future.
