Coming to SpotOn was fun. Decent learning experience, but the training is terrible. Interview process doesn't explain much and you have to learn on the job, on your own.

I've been st SpotOn for less than 4 months. At first, it was promising, solid base, ok comp structure (not great to begin with) and a culture of supprot. The company overall is headed in the right direction. The Account Executive role is commission and bonus only and while top performers are well rewarded, the attainment for those bonuses was not always realistic.
