Great overall experience. The company is a leader in innovation within the payments and POS industry. Culture and leadership care a lot and are willing to help reps do whatever it takes to win deals. Low inbound leads at this point but the comp pays well. Be prepared to prospect a lot.

Coming to SpotOn was fun. Decent learning experience, but the training is terrible. Interview process doesn't explain much and you have to learn on the job, on your own.

Bad experience. Unrealistic quotas. No area dependent quota, uniform no matter territory. Look to push people out instead of developing
