the leadership under the SDR org is pathetic. Sprinklr is a good product but unless you are liked and your AE's give you all the meetings in their book you wont succeed

The Large Enterprise org treats customers as irrelevant robots to be pushed through our extremely rigid sales process. A less charitable way to say it would be value selling to huge brands without actually caring about the human customers at that brand. Overall Sprinklr is a good opportunity with good products and significant upside. Some challenges going from a statup to a bigger company, but many of the new management hires seem to have the right experience.
