Very happy with the comp here but everything else is in shambles. They are treating FY26 as a “transition year” because we are basically picking up the pieces from bad decisions made since the company’s inception. Operational processes need serious overhauling, enablement needs improvement, and the culture isn’t nearly as good as other companies I’ve worked at - everyone is pretty burnt out.

we're just told "what you're doing isn't working" but there's no answer, coaching, or helping to prospect. also the internal process at this company to get anything done is a MESS and customers are churning because value isn't felt and we're not helping them achieve their goals with our product.
