Sprinklr’s best days are clearly behind it. This is a company in search of a strategy. Platform is not sticky, and has a very soft ROI outside of its contact center offerings. No clear competitive differentiators in a highly saturated space that is rapidly consolidating. Avoid.

Poor management coupled with unattainable targets and a product/brand name not familiar or ready for ANZ customers, leads to a poor working culture and staff turnover. Would not recommend.

Sprinklr is hit or miss depending on account coverage. More misses than hits, unfortunately. New leadership is doing well, but the category Sprinklr plays in is becoming commoditized.
