Sprinklr’s best days are clearly behind it. This is a company in search of a strategy. Platform is not sticky, and has a very soft ROI outside of its contact center offerings. No clear competitive differentiators in a highly saturated space that is rapidly consolidating. Avoid.

There is a lot of internal change taking place. Leaders are coming exclusively from ServiceNow and they are trying to recreate the same structure. It remains to be seen if this will be effective.
