Sprinklr has gone through too many reorgs and RIFs and with each one, the resources available to help AE’s manage existing business so they have time to go out and find new business has gotten more scarce. Opportunities for advancement are limited unless you formerly worked at ServiceNow.

Great products but the platform amost does too much which has led to some tech debt. Overall it's a good company and the CEO seems to have a solid plan, but it will take time to execute and in the meantime it can be a difficult place to sell.
