Sprinklr historically has been a great company to work for and represent to the market (reason I joined); however, in recent months the culture has shifted majorly in a disappointing way. The micromanagement / scrutiny and lack of EQ and transparency is driving me to look elsewhere. And most reps are still not able to achieve goal. I’m also concerned about post sales product support which puts my personal brand at risk.

Good in terms of pay and product is best in bread. Making push into customer service which will take time. Culture is intense and a leadership is a bit toxic. Other than leadership, the sales team is great to work.
