Former Employee My early years here were exceptional, under the leadership of Luca Lazzaron, Kris Woods & Adam Quartermaine.
The business started to change, focussing more on Contact Centre technology, leading to slower, larger deal cycles, which didn't suit my territory.
Post-sales process was then managed outside of the UK, leading to challenges in implementation, meaning many businesses were not set up correctly, and results in a very high customer churn rate
