Square has gone through so many change and they are constantly making it harder and harder for reps to hit quota. They are focused on AE success more the BDR and it shows.

Great work life balance, but at times a bit of a stagnant work culture. Teams don't always want to be collaborative and productive, but this has started to change. The main downside to being an Account Manager here is not having commission on OKRs, which only demotivates/stagnates things further.
