Started great with a fantastic culture and shifted gears to not value current employees and the roles they are in. Compensation is not near fair for what is asked and added constantly. Inbound sales are constantly asked to be outside sales reps and rely on out bounding to come close to quota.

been here over a year. inbound team is relatively small, so most emphasis around cold calling and outbounding. Dont think theres a strong marketing budget for inbound leads
