Things change far too often. CRO initiatives are unclear in terms of how they benefit employees and since he arrived the culture has gone downhill.

Leadership consistently increases quota's (Q4 to Q1) despite seasonality and lack of inbound leads. If you have a good quarter, leadership will drastically increase your quota for the following quarter so they don't have to pay you as much.
