Things change far too often. CRO initiatives are unclear in terms of how they benefit employees and since he arrived the culture has gone downhill.

Things are changing rapidly here. Account executives are being abruptly let go. Small accounts are being reassigned to centralized departments within the business which caused account executives to lose business. Reps are being thrusted in manager roles with no ability to provide value to the sales process. Sadly the company culture has shifted quite a bit.

Needs better management, hires managers with no experience. Unfair and indiscriminate quotas that are predetermined annually and then split up amongst teams and geos.
