Overall it's just a product that doesn't have a need in the market with a very cut throat sales org. People who have inbound in good territories. No training

Absolutely love Stampli so far and where it's headed. Small org that grows smart, and is the best product in the AP automation market (robustness, UI, capabilities). Very willing to invest in their employees success via development, or even new software. Big believer in AI as well which helps.

My overall experience is average. The base compensation could be higher, leadership could be better, training could be significantly better, and marketing needs dramatic improvement. The potential to earn money is high if you have the right territory. Great comp plan just hard to hit quota due to the lack of marketing efforts to get our name out there.

Great company to work for in Small Business Space. I do not recommend joining this company in the mid market space unless you have previous industry experience.
