Starburst felt like working under a magnifying glass. Process is great but at some point you hire talented people to deliver. Also felt like the product fell upon deaf ears in several markets. I think its great technology but not sure where it was missing the boat in the market.

Great team in certain regions. Company culture is poor. Favoritism was apparent. Ability to make money due to good comp Plan. Market fit was a moving target.
