A good company overall, the only insurer I would trust with my personal auto/life insurance. That being said, the steadily rising costs of insurance pricing out potential and current customers and the slow switch from NECHO/SFPP to modern systems made positive customer interaction and satisfaction difficult.

I had a great experience working for State Farm and would recommend it to others. My only complaint is how my employment was ended, but I do not think it is reflective of State Farm as a company.
