I actually enjoyed working there the pay was terrible and the commission structure not exactly how most insurance agents run commission. So this may not be super helpful but it helped me get experience in insurance, customer service and sales so I liked the skills I learned while there. The boss was cool as well so that was nice. Really the only bad things were the pay and commission. I probably would’ve made more working any SDR role 0 experience.
