8% of the team hits quota. Chances you hit your targets here are extremely slim. You will enjoy flexibility and nice colleagues, however the culture is quickly deteriorating as PIPs are frequently being handed out and the org has zero clue how to scale the business. It’s bad there right now.

Culture used to be great. Not anymore. Majority of Reps and AEs are not hitting targets. They let go of a lot of their marketing team. PIPs handed out like candy to justify firings. The company has no clue how to scale and it's PMF is expired due to many competitors entering the market. Colleagues are nice enough. That's where it ends.

As someone has already replied, the culture was great, flexible hours, independence, etc. It's changing now. The management doesn't seem to have a clue how to manage stressful situations without forwarding the stress down to ICs.
