What's the outlook for the SMB New Business team? Seem like a good time to join?

Does anyone have insight to the AI AE team? I understand it’s new but just got an interview and I am curious what current employees think about this segment?

How well does the Commercial team (both existing and new biz) compare to SMB/Startups performance wise? Seems like everyone says that the smaller segments perform better, but curious if you all foresee that being true long-term.

I was told that the North American SMB/Startup AE team is doing pretty well with around 80% of reps hitting. Is this accurate?

I am trying to understand more about the sales motion are the Startup AE's actually selling or are they more so building relationships?

It seems that OTE is high for AE roles, but the top earner/upside is pretty low in comparison. Is that true? If so, why is that the case?
