I am interviewing for 3 roles; Funded Startups, AE - SMB New Biz and AE SMB - Existing Biz. Which seem to be the best spot to be in right now?
More QuestionsSeeing Startup AE roles with an OTE of $180k-$272k on LinkedIn. Is anyone actually hitting OTE, or is this just a vanity number to lure people in. How is the comp plan? Saw some reviews about accelerators being looked at from a yearly perspective, rather than quarterly, making it difficult to blow out OTE. How accurate is that?
