Seems like there's a lot of concerns around the comp plan and most people fall around ~70-80% of attainment. Is it really that tough to overachieve OTE?

More QuestionsSeeing Startup AE roles with an OTE of $180k-$272k on LinkedIn. Is anyone actually hitting OTE, or is this just a vanity number to lure people in. How is the comp plan? Saw some reviews about accelerators being looked at from a yearly perspective, rather than quarterly, making it difficult to blow out OTE. How accurate is that?
