Pros: The comp is excellent and most of the people you work with are smart. Great also to work for a pair of founders you believe in. Cons: GTM priorities change a lot. Hard to overachieve - feels like there’s a lot of potluck.

Solutions at Stripe is a good place to be. Good attainment, interesting work, strong leadership. If you’re looking for a company with strong culture we’re in the middle of the road here. Cool people but everyone is busy, can be a little stuffy at times.
