Current Employee Incredible org and culture, and the collison brothers are incredible leaders, humanitarians and stupidly transparent which is very refreshing. It’s hard to even consider alternative offers or companies for fear of what you might leave behind. But the disparity in equity and pay between gtm and eng is significant, and it’s not all rainbows and sunshine either, with selling in payments being borderline impossible to have a meteoric compensation year like those in SaaS selling can achieve.
