The idea of distributors in the southeast US, makes Stryker a workplace of flexibility, but extremely hard to get stuff done. Management is spread thin, and hard to reach. Constantly cutting you at the knees on costs or resources, while blowing smoke of how great it is to work here. I enjoy my time here, but I find myself looking for other opportunities in hopes that management would be more attentive, or stick closer to their word, so we could get stuff done!

Stryker is a great company and you can make a lot of money. The expectation is grow. However not every market is the same and where reputation isn’t strong they need to have a better understanding on how to accurately get and maintain business.
