Former Employee My overall experience was very negative. I went through 3 managers in 3 years, the lies and lack of transparency were sadly a constant, and there was no sense of direction or acknowledgment of our shortcomings in the market in terms of gaining competitive business. There is an underlying arrogance of thinking they are the best without having any of the attributes or skills. Management only cares about getting promoted themselves and actual employee access to help from superiors is non existent
