Stryker is 100% commissions and has a fantastic culture. There is a ton of autonomy in the sales role but you are expected to grow every year and have high quotas. Overall depending on the market you live in the opportunity for make $300,000+ is very realistic but with commission changes and territory realignments it is getting harder and harder to make $500k+.

Stryker is a great company with decent products. Toxic team culture/leadership, misrepresentation of territory business opportunity, and stagnant product develop are reasons to stay away.
