Solid company, doesn’t negotiate for starting salary in entry level positions. It seems strange for a company that is hyper focused on hitting quota.

I love working at stryker but currently the pay for Upper extremity varies. I do not feel that I am being payed fairly for how much business I actually bring in.

Great products, Woke Leadership, average pay. Great on the surface but no spine within leadership, political environment. Like a hot girlfriend that stabs you in the back.
