My overall experience at Successfactors was very average. They don’t know how to differentiate themselves against Workday which is taking market share away. Leadership is all about themselves and not the customer. They promote from within to management positions that are not qualified to be in leadership. Also, SAP is getting rid of the LOB AE’s by the end of 2024 so be aware!
