If you consider training to sell a sub-standard product valuable, then sure.

They have some pretty standard video training on the company culture, the values of the company, walks you through all the tools you will use but no formal sales training. They will teach you about the obs market and the importance of logs. I would say they don't set you up for success. If you lack strong selling skills for full cycle, especially in the cloud security market you will have a hard time. The management had no clear direction for the company, gaslights top performers, holds back well deserved raises and promotions. Unless you are desperate for money I would say go elsewhere.

Training is self-serve video content on the product, market, and sales process - that's it. No hands-on training or coaching and no formal sales training either. Considering how technical the product is and how complex the sales cycles can get, new hires are set up to fail unless they have an established base of skill and experience already.
