Too many problems at this organisation. Losing grip on PMF with competition catching up especially for the flagship product, Cloud SIEM. Teams are siloed and focused on their own KPIs with no incentives / culture to step up to help solve prevailing issues. Leadership in APAC is on autopilot mode, heavily depending on customer upsell to survive and no clue how to break into new territories.
