Over the last 3 months, 100% of my team members have hit quota on our SDR team. On average, it's about 50% of SDR's or less that hit quota. At times the quota attainment percentage has hovered around 25% or less.

my overall experience was OK. I was there for a few years, and the beginning was great, but 2023 was a slog.

Experience was great until PE took over. Less spend on development, less spent on sales development, no BDRs. SurveyMonkey is not a midmarket company, cant compete with Qualtrics and Medallia as there is product gaps.
