It was an inflection point for surveymonkey as they pivoted hard toward ent sales and changed their brand name. Unfortunately they sunsetted the offering but I enjoyed my time there.

The company now moves to a product led path thus eliminating the need for new sales hires. Compensation was good and 4x quarterly multiplier on an already generous Comms plan... Although a small percentage of the team actually achieved it
