Culture was great, enjoyed the people. Sales leadership was strong— and our offering was innovative. It was an inflection point for surveymonkey as they pivoted hard toward ent sales and changed their brand name. Unfortunately they sunsetted the offering but I enjoyed my time there.

Favorite job of my career. I got to IPO with them and was top performer for 3 years in a row. They had 4x accelerators above 125% of quota.

A 4x accelerator for over-performance (i.e ~40% commission rate) above 100% of quota. About 30% of sellers get into this bracket so there's room to make some $ if you're a top performer.
